General Terms & Conditions & Complaints Procedure

Ziggurat works according to the NRTO Code of Conduct, the General Terms and Conditions for Private Education and Training, and the General Terms and Conditions for Professional and Corporate Training, drawn up in consultation between the Consumers’ Association and NRTO.

Complaints procedure
It may be that you are not completely satisfied with your training. If so, you can formally file a complaint. In this case, please send an email to Youssef at youssef@ziggurattaaltrainingen.nl. Describe your complaint in as much detail as possible. We will then do our best to identify the best solution to your complaint within four weeks.

Quality
Quality is of paramount importance at Ziggurat Taaltrainingen. Our trainers therefore always have a university degree in the language they teach or are native speakers. Our training courses are evaluated midway and, if necessary, the training program is adjusted. At the end of the training course, all course participants receive a questionnaire. Should you not be completely satisfied with your training, then please let us know via info@ziggurattaaltrainingen.nl.
